What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Early check-in is free, subject to availability. Late check-out is available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included in the stay?
Yes. Buffet breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00. Tea, coffee and hot and cold drinks are included during breakfast. All other food and drink services carry an additional charge.
Is there a charge for beach sunloungers and parasols?
Sunloungers and parasols are free for hotel guests. Additional beach towels and food and drink service carry an extra charge.
Are pets welcome?
Pets weighing up to 10 kg are welcome free of charge. Please let us know in your enquiry if you will be bringing a pet.
What facilities are available for children?
There is a children’s pool, a children’s menu and high chairs. A cot is free on request. The information sheet states that children aged 0–5 stay free; room, number of children and bed conditions are confirmed when you enquire.
Is an airport transfer available?
An airport transfer can be arranged at an additional charge. Share your flight details to enquire about prices and availability.
Are the hammam and sauna at the hotel?
The hammam and sauna are at another partner property and carry an additional charge; transfers for this service are free. A massage room service at an extra charge is also listed at the hotel.
Are parking and internet available?
Outdoor parking is free. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property 24/7.
